Private Small Group Yoga Sessions

Virtual or In-person

  • Have a small group of friends that would like to get together and practice yoga together? In these sessions, you can expect the classes to be tailored to the needs of your group. If the members in your group are at different levels in their practice, no problem at all. There will always be options offered for you to be able to meet your body where it is at that day. 

  • Workshops, yoga studio, private events, Bachelor/Bachelorette parties, parties, date nights, family yoga, health and wellness events/weekend, retreats, community gatherings, etc.

Virtual Group yoga classes

  • GREAT FOR ALL LEVELS!

  • Classes are a vinyasa flow designed to build strength and flexibility throughout the body.

  • Classes are offered through zoom twice a week

  • Must sign up 1 hour prior to the start of class

  • Zoom links will be sent out 30 minutes prior to the start of class

  • If its your first class, you MUST sign the liability waiver that will be sent to you before you can receive the zoom link for class

  • Payments can be made through Paypal

Chair Yoga

  • Gentle form of yoga done with he use of a chair

  • Improves flexibility and balance

  • Increases strength, concentration, and mental well-being

  • decreases stress

  • Increased focus on joint mobility

  • All postures will either be done IN the chair or standing BEHIND the chair using the chair as a support for balance *if needed*

  • I travel to 55+ communities and senior centers in my area to offer in-person chair yoga classes!

Corporate Yoga Sessions

Looking to increase productivity in your company? Incorporating a yoga wellness program into your work environment will increase productivity by reducing stress and creating a safe environment for community building. It could be a quick mental health break offered during lunch hours or before/after work hours. If you are looking to bring yoga into your work space, you will need a quite space big enough to use such as a spare office, boardroom, gymnasium, lunch room, etc. as well as a yoga mat OR chair for each participant.

In these sessions, you can expect to see a breathing or meditation practice, a physical practice, and a savasana described as a meditative rest.

Yoga Retreats

Yoga retreats will be hosted both nationally and internationally. The length of a retreat could be daylong, weekend, or as long as 7 days. A yoga retreat is a great way to meet like minded people from different places in the world. These retreats will have many activities that are available to the attendees as well as two 60-minute classes a day. There will typically be a vinyasa flow based class to get our mornings started and in the evenings a slower practice known as Yin Yoga. Meals will cater to your dietary needs. Retreats are designed for you to be able to step away from your everyday life, meet new people who share similar interests, destress, and dive deeper into your personal yoga practice. During these retreats, I will set aside time for anyone who is interested in a 1-on-1 private session to explore or deepen any part of their yoga journey.

Yoga Therapy sessions coming September 2023

The International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) identifies yoga therapy as the following “Yoga therapy is the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of Yoga.” I identify yoga therapy as using yogic tools such as meditation, pranayama, and the physical asana practice to help individuals who seek out a yoga therapist to help them live with ailments offering them pain management and reduce symptoms to increase their overall quality of life. Yoga therapy can help people who live with chronic pain, arthritis, hypertension, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, as well as stress management.
